Once installed, the ProActive software monitors for problems 24/7 including hard drive failures, storage capacity issues, backup failures, network bottlenecks, failing batteries, malware, and more.

When Problems are Detected:

When a problem is detected the ProActive software alerts our support team for evaluation.


The ProActive support team will make three attempts to contact you via phone and email. If you have not responded after three attempts the team will consider the issue resolved and ignore further reports.


The ProActive software will NOT report issues directly to you.

ProActive reports detected computer problems and minimal hardware and software information along with the contact information you provided.


Your personal information is NOT logged, tracked, transmitted or otherwise available to the ProActive support team.


ProActive does NOT monitor your screen or keyboard activity, does NOT report your browser history, does NOT track your geographical location, does NOT utilize your cameras, and does NOT track, log, report or transmit any personal information nor passwords. ProActive DOES track your computer's name and the contact information you have chosen to provide.
